  • Installation and professional styling

  • Monthly rental management (if applicable)

  • Add-on: Styling for real estate photography

This is where everything starts coming to life. We manage all procurement, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee timelines, deliveries, and quality control—ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision. and finally, the exciting part-INSTALL DAY!

Next, we’ll schedule a 60-90 minute (project dependent) in-home kick-off meeting to take measurements, gather any final details, and discuss the project in depth. From there, we begin crafting your Conceptual Design—a thoughtful presentation of layout ideas, finishes, and furnishings tailored to your space and lifestyle. With your feedback and approval, we begin placing orders and preparing for execution.

Following your consultation, we’ll present a tailored proposal outlining the design scope, estimated timeline, and projected costs. Once approved, we’ll move forward with a signed contract and deposit—securing your place on our design calendar.

We begin with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to learn more about your project, answer initial questions, and determine if we’re the right fit. If we both feel aligned, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation—a paid, in-depth hour-long visit ($250) where we walk your space, discuss your goals, and begin shaping your vision
