Return & Exchange Policy
At Heritage & Home, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange item is of lesser value, we will refund the difference. For exchanges of greater value, you will be asked to cover the difference.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
